Mr. Gary Mozer is a Principal/Co-Founder of George Smith Partners, a national real estate capital advisory firm. He has arranged in excess of $30 billion of debt and equity financing for a broad array of real estate transactions. Appointed CEO in 1999, Gary has consistently ranked as GSP’s largest individual producer, placing up to $2 billion annually. He most frequently works in retail, multi-family, office, and industrial products, but is also an accomplished financier of hotels, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, marinas, RV parks, and self-storage sites. His team at GSP is recognized for expertise in structuring complex transactions, mezzanine and equity. His focus is creating long term capital relationships for his clients.

Gary holds two graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin: a Master of Real Estate and a Master of Finance. His undergraduate education took place at the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics. Gary has guest lectured at UCLA and USC.
Gary is married to Bianca and has two children, Phillip and Joan. He is a photographer, an avid watch collector, and enjoys a variety of recreational activities, including travel and racing sailboats.
