Crown Acquisitions’ student housing investment program acquires class B/C/D apartments and multi-unit residential properties throughout the United States. We act strictly as principals and invest alongside our capital partners.
CAI has yield requirements that commensurate with the risks and opportunities presented by each property. We focus on sub-markets with “barriers to entry” and/or properties available below replacement cost. We acquire neglected properties in established locations and, through capital improvements and hands-on management, reposition them to increase value.
